Coaching Experience

Michael credits much of his coaching success from his 3 year coaching stint at Madsand volleyball club. During his time, he helped coach over 20 Division I college commits, and went on the help the club become the #1 club in Texas and the nation - claiming a National USAV Championship title in 2020. Transitioning seamlessly from player to coach, and now director, Michael now guides our beach volleyball club with a unique blend of expertise and leadership, coupled with a commitment to fostering and exposing the greatness within each athlete, will propel our club to new heights, creating an environment where aspiring players can be encouraged and thrive.  Michael would like for you to know that he would be honored to meet you in person and hopes to see you in the sand soon!

Playing Experience

Michael started his beach volleyball journey over 7 years ago, and over time progressed from a true beginner of the game to having a career competing in AVP qualifiers. Michael’s growth as a player has been a product of many excellent teachers who have invested their time and effort into him including but not limited to former AVP pro Adam Johnson.

Coaching Experience

Anton started coaching at Kraken Volleyball.  He also coached volleyball at Dakine under the guidance of Chris Hanneman. Dakine is a well-known and respected beach program in the country and has been able to obtain a top 5 spot year after year under the BVCA.  He is excited to bring his knowledge, and coaching experience to GameOn Beach!  We are confident that the wisdom and guidance of GameOn leadership will push the next generation of athletes to the next level, on and off the court.  He looks forward to seeing you in the sand! Playing Experience

Anton was introduced to the sport of volleyball in 2015.  He originally grew up playing basketball as his primary sport, but that all quickly changed. Volleyball challenged him in ways that he had not experienced before, which only grew his desire to continuously pursue this sport. Several years later, he started playing beach volleyball, thanks to a friend and mentor, Jeremy Irey, an experienced volleyball professional with 20+ years under his belt.  He helped Anton discover more of his passion, specifically for beach volleyball. Anton continues to train his physical and mental skills in his pursuit of the next level. He will continue to compete at high-level tournaments to refine and expand his skillset.
